Cecil Bastiner graduated as Best in Shop for her course Garment Technology at Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State College Cagayan de Oro City.

She gained most of her experience working at a couture shop in Riyadh and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Her pilot project here in the Philippines is her sister’s beach wedding at Ilocos Norte.
